The practice was built on our philosophy of helping our clients, whatever it takes and whatever the issue. We want our clients to grow as they see fit; we are there to help minimize taxes and to assist in management issues such as personnel, financing, expansion, insurance issues, and general consulting.

Our basic services include accounting and bookkeeping, QuickBooks training, and tax services, both for individuals and businesses.

Our specialized services include Federal and state audit representation, business consulting, and forensic accounting (litigation support).

We are expert in the management of professional practices and real estate, including 1031 exchanges, in addition to small closely-held businesses. We have contacts in all phases of the life of a business, including banks for financing, insurance, both personal and business lines, and attorneys. When appropriate, we introduce clients to each other to improve both client’s businesses.

We have clients in every industry except manufacturing.

The firm was opened in 1998. Over time, the Firm staff has expanded to the level it is now.
